Who Am I?
Hi, my name is Sameer. I am passionate about helping early stage startups improve their Product Management function. My goal is not just to ship features, but instead focus on building the things that matter most to customers. Unlike other consultants, I do not just provide ideas, I work with you to implement solutions.

I have nearly 10 years experience working in Product. I have held a variety of roles from individual contributor to leadership. I have successfully navigated roles across many different industries and company sizes. I know how to set a product vision, measure what matters, ruthlessly prioritize roadmaps, build teams, and influence across the organization. Simply put, I know how to build and lead Product teams that drive toward outcomes.
